When will my Nurea be shipped?
We expect to ship the first orders in November. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order before it ships. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. After receipt, the terms of our return policy apply.
How much water does it hold?
The reservoir has a capacity of 340 ml. It can be easily refilled under the tap.
How do I clean it?
Clean the nozzle and reservoir with clean water after use. You can easily wipe the exterior with a cloth.
