When will my Nurea be shipped?

We expect to ship the first orders in November. You will receive a notification with the exact date well in advance, and a track and trace code as soon as your package is on its way.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellation is free as long as your order has not yet been shipped. You do not need to give a reason for this.You can cancel your order via My orders or by sending an email to info@nureastore.nl. The full purchase amount will be refunded within five working days via the same payment method you used.

Can I return my order?

Yes. After receipt, you have a 30-day cooling-off period to return your order. Because Nurea is a hygiene product, the packaging comes with a hygiene seal. As long as the seal is intact, you can return your order. Once the hygiene seal is broken, the product can no longer be returned. Returns can easily be made via My Orders or by sending an email to info@nureastore.nl.

How much water does it hold?

340 ml, carefully chosen for a perfect balance between compact size and daily use. Easy to refill when needed.

How do I clean my Nurea?

Easily rinse the reservoir and spout after use. All parts that come into contact with water are designed for easy maintenance.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country.
